Our company was established in the year 1995 and was re christened in 2007 as “Panacea Facilites Pvt ltd to support organizations excel with the right team behind them. Panacea has a wealth of recruitment and staffing expertise with unparalleled compliance and commercial awareness. We offer permanent staffing services, temporary staffing and contract staff for non-technical talent both on a contingent and as well as retainer basis.

Panacea helps you to take care of your staffing needs, pay roll processing and pay roll compliance so that you can focus on propelling your business. We also specialise in setting up customised/dedicated guesthouse for companies and we also manage company owned guesthouses with our in-house trained chefs and service staff.

Founder & Director

Renuka laid a solid foundation for Panacea Services early on in her Career as she was determined to make a difference by solving one of the biggest challenges in the Business World – Staffing. Fueled by her Entrepreneurial drive, she started “Care N Clean Services” in 1995 to help corporate clients with office housekeeping and guesthouse management. Realizing that it is not just housekeeping, organizations struggle to keep up pace with changing HR dynamics across all business functions, she founded Panacea Facilities Pvt. Ltd. in 2007 to support with staffing for the entire value chain.

Renuka has 26 Years of leadership experience in the Talent Solutions (Hiring, Recruiting, Payroll & Compliance services) & Hospitality Industry (Setting up Guest houses and Guesthouse Management). She takes pride in the endeavor of connecting enthusiastic, experienced, well-mannered professionals with forward-looking Businesses and create a mutually beneficial ecosystem for both of them.

Selvaraj David

Managing Director

From childhood Days, Selvaraj David realized that he is a people person – Surrounded by friends, cordial relationships with everyone around him. With an open mind to embrace Life, he joined Indian Army and served the Nation for many years, before returning to the Corporate World to further his interests in enabling people.

Selvaraj David has worked with reputed MNCs like Citibank, Fullerton India in Senior Executive roles to expand their operations across the Nation in record times. Celebrated for his people-friendly attitude and getting things done aptitude he was celebrated as one of the veteran operations management professionals in the Nation.

He joined Panacea Facilities in 2013 as a Director and takes care of training, delivery, compliance functions. He used to be an Athlete, now loves watching movies and singing.
